Responsibilities:

- You will support the Store Management to inspire and coach the team

- Lead by example to deliver excellence.

- KPI driven and commercially aware of the business performance 

- Embrace high standards of visual excellence

- Create customer loyalty and stay connected 

- Support, respect, and coach your fellow crocodiles 

- Assure the performance of the store as well as customer satisfaction

- Promote the culture and values ​​of the company within the team

Profil

A successful candidate will have:


- Experience in a similar role, within the Fashion/Luxury sector

- Dynamic approach, like to work in a team

- Leadership skills

- Performance and results-oriented

- Honest with a can-do attitude 

- Patience, with the desire to help others

- Knowledge of one or more foreign language(s) is a plus for this position
