Mission

Excellent opportunity to join a new international team and provide support to the France retail business. You will also occasionally support challenging international projects that will help you in professionally growing with the latest technical advancements in the retail industry.

1.       Main Activities

•         Support L1/L2 in stores. Scalation to external company and corporate when is needed.  

•         Management of all the IT hardware & software licenses (setting up, installations and maintenance)

•         Guarantee relationships between company departments and stores for a good grasp of the development of the IT system. User training.

•         Maintain the IT system, connectivity and equipment used by the company at points of sale.

•         Maintain regular meetings with the team to clearly understand objectives and follow all the projects & pending tasks.

•         Liaising with vendors and 3rd parties to resolve hardware and software issues.

•         Create and manage IT related documentation

•         Update and manage asset register

•         Work with the opening/refits of the Lacoste & Lacoste Partners stores in FRANCE

•         Occasionally participate in retail projects deployment in other EMEA countries.

•         Deploy technical projects & initiatives following the corporate guidelines in all our stores 

Profil

·  Operational knowledge of Windows Systems - deployment, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance in an enterprise environment

· 3+ years hands-on technical experience administering Microsoft Windows at an enterprise level

· Demonstrated experience in networking and SaaS platform administration (like Office365)

· Ticketing tools (Service Now, Zendesk, Jira)

· Basic knowledge of POS solutions as Cegid Y2 and related (TPE, PDA in store or mobile POS).

· Analytical skills

·  Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in French

·  Minimum B2 level in English

·  Flexibility

· Microsoft Certifications

· CISCO Certifications

· Retail Experience

· Other Languages like Spanish/Portuguese/German will be appreciated
