Mission

◆ Position: Sales Channel Executive (Direct Boutique & Travel Retail)

◆ Organization: Sales Division Retail 3 Team

◆ Report to: Retail 3 Team Leader

◆ Job Purpose: Maximize sales performance of Direct Boutiques & DFS through sales activities under efficient store management and planning

Profil

◆ Job Responsibilities

•  Efficiently manages inventories to maximize sales by merchandising various strategies for product Assortment & operational work for Direct Boutique stores & DFS.

•  Creates, analysis and evaluates different materials that are related to increasing sales volume, including sales and customer data.

•  Monitor sales activity and store operation for Direct Boutique stores by DLI guideline

•  Manage sales operation and administrational job to support productivity.

•  Sales analysis and inventory level management.

•  Sep up annual and monthly sales target through sales analysis and report sales performance weekly, monthly for responsible doors

•  Working with agency store operational management and ensure adequate staffing through recruitment, training, and development

•  Report sales analysis to HK monthly with qualitative comment and have a presentation for Business Review with APAC


◆ Job Requirements

•  Person with at least 2 years in Travel Retail or Retail industry

•  Bachelor's degree

•  Proficiency in written and spoken English and Korean

•  Strong presentation skill, retail part on particular

•  Good interpersonal communication skill and negotiation skill.

•  Excellence in MS OA (excel, words, and presentation).

•  Good fashion style sense

•  Mature and be responsible
