​Role Overview: As a IT Support, you will be a vital contributor to our continued success and advancement. Your expertise and passion will play a key role in shaping the future of ou IT Department and driving it to new heights.

What will you do?

•         Support L1/L2 in HO and store. Scalation to external company and corporate when is needed.  

•         Management of all the IT hardware & software licenses (setting up, installations and maintenance)

•         Guarantee relationships between company departments and stores for a good grasp of the development of the IT system. User training.

•         Maintain the IT system, connectivity and equipment used by the company at points of sale.

•         Maintain regular meetings with the team to clearly understand objectives and follow all the projects & pending tasks.

•         Liaising with vendors and 3rd parties to resolve hardware and software issues.

•         Update and manage asset register

•         Work with the opening/refits of the local Lacoste stores and partners and, occasionally, other EMEA countries 

What do we need?

  • Knowledge of Windows Systems - deployment, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance in an enterprise environment 

  • 1+ years hands-on technical experience administering Microsoft Windows at an enterprise level. 

  • Demonstrated experience in networking and SaaS platform administration (like Office365) 

  • Ticketing tools (Service Now, Zendesk, Jira) 

  • Analytical skills  

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English & Spanish. 

  • Full Spanish Driver license 

Amazing if you have .. 

  • Microsoft Certifications  

  • CISCO Certifications 

  • Retail Business Experience 

  • French language knowledge
