​Role Overview: 

As a  Talent Specialist, you will be a vital contributor to our continued success and advancement. Your expertise and passion will play a key role in shaping the future of our  HR Department and driving it to new heights.

What will you do?

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, agency management, system updates, and recruitment processes
• Support the execution of Employer Branding initiatives through social media content management, university partnerships, career events, and communication materials.
• Support the coordinate training activities, ensuring smooth logistics, participant follow-up, and evaluation of learning effectiveness.
• Create and distribute internal communication content, including newsletters, campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and corporate events.
• Support the implementation and follow-up of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) programs and action plans.
• Manage employee listening initiatives, including Engagement Surveys and Pulse Surveys, ensuring action tracking, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up.
• Maintain accurate reporting, databases, and HR systems while providing administrative and project coordination support across Talent, Learning, Communication, and Employee Experience initiatives.
