About the role
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Customer service and sales Desire to achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPI’s as determined by the Store Manager.
- Passion to connect with customers and drive sales. Provide excellent customer service as per Company standards.
- Embrace a culture that puts the customer experience first and foremost.
- Be perceptive to customer’s wants and needs and utilize product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop a strong knowledge of Lacoste product, including sizing, content, and features. Communicate this knowledge to customers in a clear and concise way to build sales.
Operations:
Supervise, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management.
Analyze sales results and recommend improvements where necessary.
Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve client issues as needed.
Collaborate with other departments (marketing, logistics, etc.) to streamline sales processes.
Manage and resolve team or sales-related conflicts efficiently.
