About the role

Purpose : 

The Sourcing Project & Business Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing data to support decision-making and coordinating key sourcing projects across multiple functions. This role combines data analysis, project management, and effective communication to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. By providing insights on trends and performance, as well as managing project logistics, the Sourcing Project & Data Coordinator supports the Europe Sourcing organization


Data Analysis & Reporting

·       Analyze and organize data to support decision-making.

·       Summarize findings on trends, risks, and opportunities for internal teams, creating reports and presentations that influence strategic decisions.

·       Build and maintain clear, accurate, and impactful reports to support sourcing functions.

·       Organize & consolidate reports to provide accessible, up-to-date information.


Project Coordination & Management

·       Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information flow across internal teams.

·       Identify project requirements, scope, and objectives by liaising with clients and internal teams.

·       Manage project schedules, assign tasks, and track project progress.

·       Oversee project procurement, analyze potential risks, and capitalize on opportunities to ensure project success.

·       Serve as the main point of contact for project updates and documentation, communicating progress to all stakeholders.

Ensure all project documentation, contracts, and plans are accurately maintained.

Frequent travel to our internal facility in Troyes + Potential International travel if required. 

Profile

Profile & Skillset:


Bac +5, business, engineering or textile degree.

Experience in textile / fashion industry is a plus.

Ability to work on Excel, PowerPoint & other internal systems

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective time management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to negotiate and convey information assertively.

Ability to collaborate with functional stakeholders

Professional proficiency in English.
